Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MazeShift (the “Game”), published by Prisha iCube (“we”, “us”), handles information when you visit or play at maze.pi3.in or any official copy of the Game.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask for, collect, sell or share personal information. The Game has no accounts, no sign-up, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies, and it loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers — every file is served from the Game's own website.

2. Information stored on your device

To remember your progress, the Game saves a small amount of data locally in your browser (using “local storage”):

• your settings (volume, graphics quality, camera, controls, difficulty);
• your statistics and best scores, including Daily Run results;
• the achievements you have unlocked.

This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us. You can delete it at any time with Records → Reset progress in the Game, or by clearing your browser's site data. When you install or play the Game, your browser may also keep an offline copy of the Game's files (a “service worker cache”); this contains only the Game itself, not personal data.

3. Hosting and server logs

The Game is a static website served by a hosting provider (currently GitHub Pages). Like any web server, the hosting provider may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability. We do not receive or use this data for tracking. Please see the GitHub Privacy Statement for details.

4. Sharing

If you choose to share the Game or your score, the Game uses your device's own share feature, or opens the service you pick (for example WhatsApp or X) in a new window. Anything you share is sent by you, to that service, under that service's privacy policy. The Game itself sends nothing.

5. Device features

With your interaction, the Game may use device features such as sound, vibration, full-screen mode and keeping the screen awake during play. These work entirely on your device and involve no data collection.

6. Children

MazeShift is suitable for players of all ages. Because we collect no personal information, we do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
