Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By accessing or playing MazeShift (the “Game”), published by Prisha iCube (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Free to play

The Game is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We may change, pause or discontinue the Game, or any part of it, at any time.

3. Your use of the Game

Please don't:

• use the Game in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or attack the website or its hosting;
• copy, re-host, sell or distribute the Game or its artwork as your own, or remove copyright notices;
• pass off modified versions as the official Game.

4. Intellectual property

The Game's name, logo, story, design, artwork, music and code are © Prisha iCube, except for open-source components used under their own licences, including three.js (MIT licence) and the Orbitron and Rajdhani typefaces (SIL Open Font Licence).

5. Health and safety warning

The Game contains flashing lights, bright colours and moving patterns. A small percentage of people may experience seizures when exposed to such visuals, even without a history of epilepsy. If you or anyone in your family has a history of seizures, consult a doctor before playing. Stop playing immediately and seek medical advice if you feel dizzy, experience altered vision, twitching, disorientation or any involuntary movement. Take regular breaks. You can reduce screen shake in Settings, and the Game honours your device's “reduce motion” preference.

6. Scores and progress

Scores, achievements and settings are stored only on your device. We are not responsible for progress lost when browser data is cleared, a device is changed, or the Game is updated.

7. No warranty

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prisha iCube will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game.

9. Third-party services

Links to third-party websites and share services are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
